PFG Series – Proform Gloss
Decorative laminates for thermoforming applications. Designed for gloss retention after thermoforming. Recommended for exterior applications. Available in a variety of finishes such as woodgrain , burl, brushed argent , satin argent , marble , solid pigment colors, metal flake color and high tech effects such as carbon fiber. Some of the benefits of this series are superior abrasion, enhanced UV and Chemical resistance. Stretch /Draw ratio 50-60%. Gloss should read 80 GU (+/-5%)
PFM Series- Proform Matte
Decorative laminates for thermoforming applications. Designed for matte/satin retention after thermoforming . Recommend for exterior applications. Matte finish reduces surface scuffing and scratches. Available in a variety of finishes such as Woodgrain , Burl , Argent brushes, Satin argent, marbles and Granites, Solid pigment colors , Metal flake and paint film colors and High tech effects such as carbon fiber. Some of the benefits of this series are superior abrasion , enhanced UV and Chemical resistance. Stretch/Draw ratio 50-60%. Gloss should read 45 GU (+/- 5%)
SRSDE Series- Scratch Resistant Dry Eras
Thermoplastic laminate material with a writable and dry/wet eraseable surface. Available in solid colors and Brush metallic finish. Some of the extra benefits of this series are excellent scratch, abrasion and chemical resistance.
DFG Series- Duraform Gloss
Decorative laminate for thermoforming applications. Designed for high gloss retention after thermoforming. Moderate to medium draws. Stretch/Draw ratio 40- 50%. Available in a wide range of color and patterns. Can be silk screened or over printed. Not to be used for flat applications. Maintained (1000 hours QUV testing). Abrasion resistance rated at (1,000 cycles Taber Abrasion 500 grams load). Gloss should read 80 GU (+/- 5%)
DFSG Series- Duraform Semi-Gloss
Same as DFG series but, after thermoforming process this laminate will have a semi-gloss finish. Gloss should read 60 GU (+/- 5%).
DFM Series- Duraform Matte
Same as DFG series but, after thermoforming process this laminate will have a matte finish. Gloss should read 45 GU (+/-5%).
